Government of Rajasthan Rajasthan Council for Elementary Education (RCEE)
Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.

The Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is the flagship program of the Government of India for universalizing elementary education. The 86th amendment to the Constitution of India makes it obligatory for the government to make free and compulsory education a fundamental right for children of 6-14 years. Our partnership with SSA started in 2008 with a pilot project on School Leadership with 100 schools in 5 blocks of Jhunjhunu and Churu districts of Rajasthan. The project has now advanced to 700 schools in 10 additional blocks and 2 new districts (Udaipur and Dungarpur).

Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM)

The MCGM was established in 1882 as India’s first municipal corporation.  It is the primary agency responsible for urban governance in Greater Mumbai.  Numerous non-political groups, NGOs and organizations of citizens have worked closely with the civic body in the fields of education and public health; creation of urban amenities, art and culture and heritage conservation.
In 2010, we partnered with MCGM in piloting the School Excellence Program (SEP) with 150 schools in Mumbai.
