Ahmedabad

We partnered with the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) in 2009 to implement their School Excellence Program (SEP).  The SEP is active in four zones and nearly 350 schools within the AMC.

Our projects under the SEP include leadership training to headmasters and teachers of government schools and zonal officers in each of the four zones.  These programs are called – Headmaster Leadership Development Program (HLDP), Teacher Development Program (TDP) and Coach Leadership Development Program (CLDP).  The CLDP is a special initiative that we have undertaken to train to foster the next generation of coaches / government representatives who will be able to independently implement leadership programs across many other schools in the district.

The former capital city of the south-western state of Gujarat, Ahmedabad is known for its history and architecture and houses the famous Law Garden, Victoria Garden and Bal Vatika. It is also the administrative headquarters for Ahmedabad district administered by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC).

Surat

Our Surat project started in 2013 with a four year partnership with the Surat Municipal Corporation for around 350 schools.  We are implementing four school excellence programs and our programs include Principal Leadership Development Program (PLDP), Teacher Leadership Program (TLP), and Coach Leadership Development Program (CLDP).
